We hand make all our products and this can take a little bit of time, we can sometimes rush orders through if they are needed by a certain date (quieter times of year). If you need this item before a certain date please contact us before purchasing. We do our best to get all our orders made as soon as we can but we will not sacrifice quality for a quicker time, we hope you as a customer will love us for this.
Usual Processing time 7-21 days. Our Process time is measured from the day we receive the ashes not the order. If you upgrade to have any piece engraved, it can add another 7-21 days on top of the usual processing time.
